Devin Aherne Adventures

Devin Aherne Adventures offers Canadian trophy caribou and muskox hunting. The caribou hunts are guided 2 x 1 and take place around the Whitewolf Lake and Thonokied Lake. Hunters are boated to their hunt locations each morning where they will walk inland along ridges and ekers glassing for as far as your optics can see in the vast treeless landscape. Many caribou are taken on the shore of their lakes but most are spotted and stalked from high ridges. The terrain is generally a dry hard surface making way for easy walking.

Winter musk ox hunts take place in the Nunavut Territory of Canada. Hunts will utilize Inuit hunters for guides and helpers. These hunts are guided 1 x 1 and are geared towards the hard-core hunter that wants an extreme adventure. Hunts are conducted out of Gjoa Have on King Williams Island. Fall musk ox hunts are conducted on Banks Island and are less demanding than the winter hunts. The fall hunts make for great combination hunts when a hunter is looking to take both a caribou and musk ox.
